About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

If I go Australia-Shanghai-Tokyo-Shanghai-Australia, will I qualify for the 144 hr visa free?

Lee, if your layover time in Shanghai for both transits is less than 144 hours respectively, you will qualify for the 144 hour free transit.
