Kinship Proof

I'm from Philippines applying for S2 visa, one of the requirement is to provide kinship certificate.
Can I use our Birth certificate from NSO as a Kinship proof?

Gloria, usually, the birth certificate can be used as the kinship proof, but you need to get the birth certificate notarized by the local notary public and the ministry of foreign affairs of Philippines. And then get the birth certificate attested by the emabssy of PRC in Philippines.
