I am a Belgian citizen and will be docking in Sanya for 8 hours with my cruise ship. Do I need a visa to leave the ship?

Sam, if you go to a third country or region after 8-hour stop in Sanya, you may be able to use the 24 hour direct transit. In this case, you don’t need to apply for an entry permit. But you’d better contact with the cruise company and confirm that.
