About:China Visa Renewal and Extension

I have a tourist visa for one month and will need to extend it within china during a holiday time

in the beginning of October. will there be a problem during the holiday?
if I will wait until after, I will have only 4 days to extend it, is it possible to do? (I will be around Chengdu at the time).

Noa, usually, you should apply for the extension 7 days prior to its expiry date. And during the national holiday at the beginning of October, the exit and entry administration of the local PSB may be closed too. So you are advised to go to the exit and entry administration in advance and inquire about this question and see when you should extend it.
