About:Slender West Lake

A company applied for a Z type on my behalf. I did not yet start with the new company.

Hi
However, I got a better job at another company. The new company cannot apply for my visa until the old one cancels their application. But the old company is not willing to cancel their application.

Is there anything I can do to cancel from my side?

I‘m afraid you cannot. You need to get a release letter from the previous company and then you can cancel the work permit. After, the new company can get a new work permit for you. So the most urgent thing is to ask for a release letter from the previous company. You have to negotiate with the previous company.
