Have Philippine pasport travelling back frm Ceb to Canada through Xiamen

Need to verify if I need to apply for visa very last min. airline change date of return from CEB
to Xiamen and now arrive on Wed.to Xiamen (early afternoon) and depart late next evening Thursday (930 pm) on next available flt to Canada
am I still good under the free 24 hour rule ( even though technically is just over 24 hour or do they
accept up departure up to 1159 pm Thursday
