Chinese tour visa while travel Nepal

Hi There
Wanted to know that I'm Citizen of Pakistan & at moment I'm traveling Nepal
Can i get china tour entry permit from Nepal

Ely, it's possible to apply from Nepal, but the process can be very hard I guess.
