I would like to visit the Terricotta Warriors, Huaqing hotspring, Lingsan and Wu XeTian tomb/ museum.Is it possible to cover these sites in a day with a private driver?Thank you

One day is not enough to cover all the places you listed. I suggest you visit Terracotta Warriors, Huaqing Hot Spring, Lishan for one day and go to Wu Zetian tomb(Qianling Mausoleum) on the second day.
