About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Three airports, two countries

Would the 72 or 144 hour visa be vaild if I fly from Daegu, SK, into Shanghai - stay for two nights to visit a friend - then depart from the same airport and return to SK but in Seoul Incheon Int Airport?

Sorry but that doesn´t work as you must fly to a third country not airport/city.

How about flying from Hong Kong to Shanghai and then on to Seoul?

HongKong counts as a third country so it´s fine.
