About:Tianjin Transportation

Our cruise ship arrive Tianjin port in March 2017. We want to visit Shanhaiguan Pass and Chengde.

Want to know the best way from the port to get to Shanhaiguan Pass and from the port to Chengde. Can we do a day trip to each of these places?

To Shanhaiguan, you may take a taxi to Main Railway Station for about CNY 180. Then, take a bullet train to Shanhaiguan (about 1.5 hours). Upon arrival, you can see the Shanhaiguan Pass. One day trip is possible.

To Chengde, you may take a taxi to Main Railway Station. Then, take a train to Chengde (about 5.5 to 6.5 hours). You are advised to spare two days for that. Have fun!
