About:Top 8 Reasons Why Your China Visa Gets Rejected

Visa Revocation

My wife and I accepted a position with a company in Shenzhen. We were "sponsored" by the company, applied for an M type and were granted such. The job is not what we were told it would be so we've resigned and were told by the company that our entry permits would be "revoked" for breach of contract. How can we go about remaining in China? We have interviews lined up with other establishments...

Generally, M type won't be revoked because you breach the contract. So I personally think the company is just wanting to threaten you.
