im working as an english teacher in Fushun, China. is it possible to grant my boyfriend a visa with the duration of  3 months? from philippines to china.

Michelle, it is possible for your boyfriend to get a tourist L type, but usually, it may just allow him to stay in PRC for 30 days. However, he can apply for an extension 7 days earlier before it expires, in this way, he may be able to stay longer in PRC.
