About:China Visa

M visa or other type

I am a philippine passport holder. A US based company hired me as service engineer to install a machine in china and to maintain, troubleshoot, and fix any problem that may arise during 1 year service warranty. Is it possible that M type can get 1 year validity? Or do I need other type?... Please let me know...

Chad, usually, one may get a business M type for a year, but I’m afraid you need to apply for a work Z type because you may work in PRC for one year.
