Please am a Ghanaian citizen studying in India with a valid Residential Permit, I wish to visit china for tourism purpose but Chinese Visa Application here in New-Delhi, India says i should apply from my country-Ghana.
I wish to know how logic is it to go back to Ghana and apply while am staying in India?
