after receiving the jw202 form. what do i do next? do i buy the visa application forms or ?

Shane, next, you should prepare the relevant materials for student X type: the completed application form affixed with a passport-sized color photo, your passport and copy of its data page, the admission letter and JW form.
Finally, submit your application to the embassy of PRC to apply for the X type.0
