visa for belgian citizen

Hello,I will have to travel several times to China for business purposes as well as tourism. I am a Belgian citizen working in Japan.I have prepared the application form (V.2013), I have an invitation letter from our company in China.Do I have to go to the embassy? or can I send it by parcel? if so, where should I send the documents to?Thank you in advance for your support

Houssa, you cannot send the application by parcel to the embassy. You need to submit it by yourself or find someone else to submit for you.
