About:China Travel Service

Hi, will there be shuttle bus at 23.30 from the airport to downtown Xian?

Or is it advisable to take taxi instead? If so how much please?

Yes. Upon arrival, you can still take airport shuttle bus Xishaomen Line and get off at Airport Business Hotel. The operating hours are from 06:00 to the last flight arrival. So you can catch it. The ticket fare is CNY 25 per person. And it takes around an hour on the way. After arriving, you can take a taxi to arrive at the destination.
Besides, if you wanna take a taxi from the airport directly, it would cost CNY 120-130 to get to downtown area.
You can choose the way you like. :)
