My other question would be:
How and whether it is possible to cross the li river with my luggage(two people each has large luggage bag) without any tour groups taken;on my own.
The boats i saw are small so i am curious where i can find a boat that will have enough place.Again without any connection with tourist groups.
And do i have to book again in advance or there always such bouats hanging around there and ready to pick me?

Yes, sure. You can take your luggage and put it on the boat during the cruise down to Yangshuo. The boats depart from GL Zhujiang Wharf at 9:00 are big boats which can hold 65-120 passengers. You are suggested to book the cruise tickets in advance from a local agency or a hotel.
