Visa from Shenzhen to foshan

I hav Australian passport and arriving into SZ for 2 days. I am then going to Foshan for 2 days and then back to Hong Kong. Can I get Foshan entry permit at SZ? I will get VOA for SZ at the border but wondering how I get the Foshan one? I'm going to Foshan by train.
