About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

San Francisco - Beijing - Mumbai. Connection time 1hr45m. Both flights are Air China.

Is the connection time sufficient?

Well yes. Your time is totally enough for the transfer. I was told by Air China that this case needs at least 60min for transit, so take your time!
