Is the consulate in Mumbai open

Hi,

I have received the PU letter from my company to apply for a new visa to enter china. Is the consulate in Mumbai open? no one replies to emails or calls so far.

As far as I know, the consulate is still closed. By the way, what is the PU letter?

PU letter is the letter issued by the Chinese government for certain companies to allow them to apply for a new visa to enter China. Its been issued to some companies in shanghai, Beijing, and Guangdong process.

Well, maybe you can use it to apply for a visa at the Mumbai visa center at present.
