High speed train tickets in September 2016

Can you tell me when tickets for high speed trains across China will be released for travel beyond 9 September 2016? All websites say tickets have not been released or are being rescheduled.

There is no news offered by the authority, but personally speaking, I think it should not be too far now. Maybe around the end of Aug.
