Red Sea Beach from Panjin North

I am visiting the beach in mid September 2016. I think I made a mistake in getting a ticket to Panjin North station instead of Panjin. Is it possible for me to get a taxi from Panjin North to the beach area and bring us back to the station to catch the evening train to Shenyang. Roughly how much would it cost for a taxi?

Well, the distance is about 46 miles (74km). The taxi fare may be around CNY 200 for a single trip.
