Can I enter Qinhuangdao sea port using 144-hour transit visa?

I hope to enter the Beijing-Hebei-Tianjin area through Qinhuangdao sea port (from Seoul) then exit through Beijing Int'l Airport.

The Qinhuangdao sea port is not listed on this website for the 144-hour transit visa. Any updates?
