About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Do I have a chance to make the flight?

I have flight Busan-Beijing-LA, by Air China
Flight CA130
Flight CA987
with connection time 1 h 05 min
Arrival and departure are on T3
I am not sure is it 60 mins enough time.
I asked Call Center to change the second flight but they would charge me too much.
Do I have a real chance to get in time my second flight?

I’m afraid the time is not enough to make the transfer, and you are advised to reschedule your second flight.

Thank you for your response. But if I miss the second flight, it's due to company schedule not due to my responsibility, correct? I bought my ticket through the official site Air China and both flights are on the same ticket, so, if it's not enough time and I miss my second flight, the company should send me by the first next available flight and I do not to pay for that. That is the international rule.

As a matter of fact, 65min is enough for the transfer. Since you will travel with Air China for the whole journey, they must surely ensure your timing as you mentioned. The MCT for the transfer of your case is an hour. So just follow the guide of the staff and the clear signages to finish the transit and catch your onward flight.

Thank you! I found the same question and many responses on it on the internet. In meantime. Air China changed schedule and now the transit time is only 50 mins, what is less than is their own rule, so, I am sure they will wait for the passengers from the 2st flight. .
