How to get to Norman Bethune Medical College from Changchun Airport at around 23:30?

You may take shuttle bus line 1 to People's Square Station for CNY 20. Then, take a taxi to the college for about CNY 15.

Or, take a taxi to the college from the airport directly. The fare may be around CNY 100. :)
