URGENT! HOW TO CANCEL THE TICKETS?

I have paid the tickets fee through pay pal but I have to cancel the tickets now. How can I get my refund back? Who do I contact and do I need to give a bank account number or something?
Also, I bought the tickets myself online without any agents.
