About:China Visa

I'm citizen of Russian Federation, do I need China visa to do this transit flight?

Hi! I've bought tickets from Seoul (ICN) to Phuket (HKT).
It is transit flight in Shenyang (SHE) and technical stop in Wuhan (WUH). Time of all flight 15 hrs.

Eugene, because your total stopover time in PRC is less than 24 hours, you are eligible for the 24 hour direct transit, so no entry permit is needed.
