Dear Sir, i am a dentist in Nigeria, invited by the federation Dental Internation for a meeting in Hong Kong for a meeting on the project LLL slated for 16th to 18th June, i just found out i will need four weeks to get a visa processed for me, this is such a long time and i have the fear that i will miss the meeting going through the Chinese embassy in Nigeria. How do i get help fro your office, please reply to the email below. Assistance given me will be highly appreciated.

i think you may ask the authorization of the meeting to provide you an official invitation letter to promot the visa applying process.
