About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Does a Norwegian citizen require a visa to China?

My husband is a US citizen and I am a Norwegian citizen living in the US. We are travelling to Shanghai in October and stay for less than 72 hours. My husband will take advantage of the 72 hour free agreement with the US. I see that 24 Schengen agreement countries are on the list of the free agreement, but I do not see Norway on the list. Please advice if I need an entry permit to stay for 72 hours in Shanghai?
Thank you,
Hanne

Hanne, you need to apply for an entry permit ahead of time for your stopover in Shanghai.
