About:How to Refund / Cancel a China Train Ticket

Refound via agency

I boight the ticket via an agency and I refounded it, the people at the station told me that 80% they are givong back, but they didnt give me any receipt.
The agency now asks for the refound receipt, is it possible to get one after two weeks?

Based on the policy, they need to offer a receipt for you for the refund or cancellation fee. Not sure if they can offer one after such a long time, but you may have a try at the station by using your passport and the pick up number you used. If not, you may inform your booking agent the detailed date and amount to see if they can find the same amount around your cancellation date.
