Ticket collection from the station in China

Do you have to be in possession of a credit card when collecting the tickets at the station?
If yes, does it have to be the same credit card which was used to make the booking in the UK?

No need for credit card. You only need all the passengers passports and a pick up number. This pick up number will be known after the ticket is confirmed
