visa free question

This is my transit schedule
8/19 Fri Seoul 22:40 -> Xi'an 01:10 (10 hours transit)
8/20 Sat Xi'an 11:10 -> Hongkong 13:35
8/24 Wed Hong Kong 13:55 ->Shanghai 16:30
8/27 Sat Shanghai 21:45-> Qingdao 23:20 (9 hours transit)
8/28 Sun Qingdao 08:35 -> Seoul 10:35

Do I applicable to free transit policy?
I heard that If my schedule is [incheon->xian->hongkong->shanghai->incheon] ,Im qualified.
but Im confused because of qingdao.
The final destination is not qingdao but incheon.
qingdao is just for transit ! don't go outside, just stay in airport for 9 hours
