This is my transit schedule8/19 Fri  Seoul 22:40 -> Xi'an 01:10 (10 hours transit) 8/20 Sat Xi'an 11:10 -> Hongkong 13:35  8/24 Wed Hong Kong 13:55 ->Shanghai 16:30  8/27 Sat Shanghai 21:45-> Qingdao 23:20 (9 hours transit)  8/28 Sun Qingdao 08:35 -> Seoul 10:35Do I applicable to free transit policy?I heard that If my schedule is [incheon->xian->hongkong->shanghai->incheon] ,Im qualified.but Im confused because of qingdao.The final destination is not qingdao but incheon. qingdao is just for transit ! don't go outside, just stay in airport for 9 hours

You are eligible for the 24 hour direct transit when you transit in Xian.Because your layover in Shanghai and Qingdao is more than 24 hours, you cannot enjoy the 24 hour direct transit. You need to apply for a transit G type or tourist L type when you transit in Shanghai and QingdaoIf you travel like Incheon->Xian->Hong Kong->Shanghai->Incheon, and stop in Xian and Shanghai for less than 72 hours and 144 hours respectively, you can enjoy free transit in Xian and Shanghai.
