How to change S2 visa into S1 category?

Hi, Ive got S2 type for my wife and I've X1 type. But I want to get S1 for my wife that she can stay for a long time with me. So how I can do it please.

Tahir, you should first prepare those documents: her passport, the application form affixed with a half-length color photo, valid registration form of temporary residence, an invitation letter from you and copies of your passport and residence permit, and your marriage certificate. And then go to the exit and entry administration of the local PSB to change the S2 type to S1 type.

Brother can you tell me is they change s2 type to s1 type u got it or not?????
Please guide me because my kids got s2 type and i don't know how we can change it......

That's possible. You can try to apply for the conversion at the exit and entry administration of the local PSB.
