Does the HK airport express shuttle bus from Kowloon station to Conrad hotel?

No, there is no direct shuttle bus that can take you to that hotel from Kowloon Station. You need to take the airport express to get to HK Station first. Then you can easily find the free shuttle bus line H1 to Conrad Hotel (2nd Stop of this bus line) directly. :)
