do it need entry visa to go in macau

Hi, my friend is in Dubai,,he want to travel in Macau..But he wants, first to stay 7days in hk,,after that he will go to macau and  stay 1 month for vacation..Do he need to get Entry Visa?Pls.kindly answer..thank you!!

Myeisha, if your friend holds UAE passport, he can enjoy free entry to HK for a stay of not exceeding 30 days. So no entry permit for HK is needed.But he needs to provide an entry permit for Macau and he can get the VOA after arrival at border. So he doesn’t need to apply for it in advance.
