About:China Tourist Visa

Have an L visa, might need an F

I have a two-year L type (good for another 22 months). I may do some short-term teaching at a university in 2017, staying for no longer than 2 weeks. Do I have to go through the F application process, or can I just go in as a tourist?

Bob, if you only do it for once and you feel safe that nobody will tell this to the police, I personally don't think you need to get the F type. And the troublesome thing is, if you apply for and finally get the F type, your current L type cannot be used any more.
