Guilin city to Yangshuo cruise

We arrive at Guilin airport at 10:20. Is this too late to catch a cruise down the li river? Would we have to stay overnight in Guilin city? Any suggestions? Thank you ever so much :)

You can make use of the time to explore some popular sites in the city, such as Elephant Trunk Hill, Fubo Hill or Reed Flute Cave.
