China Trasit visa for nepali passport holder

Dear All, i am holding nepali passport and i am plaining back to nepal after few month, but i already book my flight ticket from taiwan to nepal. there is no direct flgiht and we shoult stay 2 over night in china kunming because there is no everyday flight by china eastern via kunming

and , there is no chinese embassy in taiwan, how can i apply transit G type for china, and where i can apply, how much does its cost.
