Is it safe to walk at night in Macau?

My ETA of arrival in MFM airport would be at 9:30pm, adding the time on the immigration I think I would be out at the airport at past 10pm. I would only stay in Macao for one night and one whole day. So I am wondering if there's a chance that I could visit some places at night around 11pm. I really want to visit Kun Iam Statue, would it be safe? I'll be staying in a flat near Senado Square the owner said that its just 25 min walk from thier place. Is there other places that I can visit aside from Kun Iam Statue? Thanks a lot.

First of all, it is safe and sound to walk around the city at night. Don't worry!

I am sorry that the Kun Iam Statue is closed at night. It is open from 10:00 to 18:00 daily, and closed on Friday. According to your arrival time, you can go to Rua do Cunha or Venetian to kill the night. During the daytime, you can go to see Senado Square, Ruins of St. Paul's, Kun Iam Statue, and Fisherman's Wharf. Have fun! :)
