Can I purchase Round trip shuttle ticket at the airport?

At the airport, you can buy the tickets at the ticket office. Following the English signs, you can find it easily.
From Taoranqiao Station, you can buy the tickets when you board the bus.
There is no round-trip ticket, so you need to buy separate ticket for each ride.
