Can I fly San Francisco, USA - Shanghai - Singapore - back to San Francisco (German passport)

Tom, you can travel like that and if your stopover in Shanghai is less than 144 hours, you can enjoy free transit there.

Tom, there is no requirement for how long you should stay in Singapore. Any minute is okay.
