About:China Embassy in Thailand

Do I need to do re-entry to ask for tourist visa to chinese?

because I am not Thai but I am residenting in Thai

Dien, if you have valid entry permit for Thailand, it’s possible for you to get tourist L type for PRC from Thailand.
