Travelling by car

If you want to enter by car, you should hire a travel agency to help you get all required notices and if you don't have a driving licence of China, you are not allowed to drive a car there.

Thanks for the answer. There is a mistake in my question. It is "Western China" and not eastern China. It will take me just one day to travel From Kyrgystan to Pakistan.
Your reply is good but raises two more questions
1- How can I arrange for travel documents.
2- How to get driving Licence for one day?

1. You can apply for a tourist L type before your trip. The first step is to provide the relevant materials: your passport and its copy, the application form affixed with a passport-style photo, and proof of transportation and accommodation arrangements. And then submit the application to the CVASC to apply for the L type.
2. After you find a travel agency, the agency will arrange it for you and tell you all the details.
