Can a Pakistani passport get a Chinese entry permit from Thailand?

Hello there I am from Pakistan and I live and work in Thailand. I lived here before 7 years and now I back to Thailand after 2 years. I came here 4 months ago and I have non immigrant visa but I don't have work permit. I have a girlfriend now in PRC and she is a nurse. I wanna go there and meet her. My Thai non immigrant visa is finishing next month on 17 September. So can I get Chinese entry permit here in Thailand and fly from here to PRC to her directly? Please answer

Yes, it's possible to apply for it from Thailand. You can contact the CVASC in Bangkok to see whether you are eligible.
