About:Baggage Allowance for Chinese Domestic Flights

my friend is flying from Changsha to Beijing

She is a sponsored student from Zambia ,she has to carry tools with her that will probably weigh over the 20kg allowed on checked in baggage on domestic flights, how much will she be charged??

The regulations vary according to different airlines. Take CN Airline as an example, one should pay 1.5% of the ticket price for each extra kilo.
