About:Chinese Permanent Residence Permit

if documents are accepted by the foriegn expert certificate bureau does it mean that they will issue

the certificate? i was told at the bureau that although i have a job offer because the field i am curently to be employed is different from the previous field bureau may have a problem issuing it. i have educational qualifications to back the new job offer.

David, no one can assure that the certificate will be issued for certain even though the application is accepted by the foreign expert certificate bureau. But it is possible. Just wait patiently.
