About:China Bank Acount, Credit Card, Traveler's Cheque

I'm using my Visa card to withdraw money in china but the ATM saw insufficient funds, what to do?

Did you buy financial products using this bank account before? If so, when the saving on that account is less than the amount you invested, it will say 'insufficient funds'. You may take your card and your passport to the bank counter to consult.
