I stay at Pudong Shangri La hotel.What is journey time and cost for taxi in the morning?   Is it better I stay in Jing An hotel?

You can take metro line 2 from Lujiazui Station, get off at Xujing East Station, Exit 6. Then walk southeast around 0.7 miles to find the exhibition center. The duration is about 40 mins. And the ticket fare is CNY 5 per person. Or you can take a cab from your hotel directly. It may cost CNY 90-100. And it will spend 30-40 mins. In addition, you don't need to stay at Jing'an Hotel. The original hotel is also convenient. :)
