About:China Transit Visa

Philippine citizen, resident on canada

Traveling to the Philippines from Canada and a stop over to Hong Kong going there and Beijing coming back. Do I need a visa?

Rb, you can enjoy free entry to HK and stay there for less than 14 days, so you don’t need to apply for entry permit to HK.
If you travel like this when you return Philippines-Beijing-Canada and stay in Beijing for less than 24 hours, you can enjoy the 24 hour direct transit in Beijing. No entry permit is needed then.
